Fighting for Hillside
I’m standing for Hillside because I have the skill and determination to take on local issues and make sure they are heard and acted upon by Adur District Council.
I’ve lived in Shoreham for 22 years, and my two children grew up and went to school locally. I care passionately about our area. I work for an environmental charity and want to ensure that the residents of Hillside, of all ages, have a clean, safe environment to live in.
As your local councillor I will make myself available to hear your views and concerns, whether face-to-face, on the phone or by social media. I will use my lengthy experience of working with local councils to fight for the best deal possible for Hillside.
Labour is the party of fairness, for the many not the few.
We offer hope not neglect, energy not indifference. We stand up for people of all ages and backgrounds, including our young people through our policies on housing and local communities. Labour councillors offer fresh ideas on housing, open spaces and community needs. Our transparent and energetic policies are aimed at reducing child poverty, avoiding homelessness, eliminating avoidable deaths of the elderly (Adur is a national high spot) and planning infrastructure for the next generation.
So please vote for me on 3 May, for real change in Hillside.
