|This is Time to Talk Day, encouraging people to talk about mental health and by doing so help change lives and end stigma.
The theme of this years campaign is the power of small and highlights how a simple conversation can make a very big difference.
Although this year the campaign is being held online there are still lots of ways you can get involved including a Virtual Festival, online events and tips for how to start your own conversations about mental health.
Time to Talk is also the name of the talking therapy services in West Sussex. A team of trained and supervised, psychological therapists are able to offer a range of talking therapy treatments for people who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, bereavement or managing a long term condition. You can refer yourself – you do not need to ask your GP to do this – either over the phone or by completing an online form.
