Jeremy Gardner, the newly elected leader of Adur District Council describes our priorities in a video here.

We will work with the community to make Adur fairer and greener. Our aim is straightforward. It is to establish a council for the community, one that works with you and for you, that listens to you and acts to make Adur an even better place to live. We are a council committed to a greener and fairer district for all those who live, work and visit here.

Jeremy’s focus in this video are on those things that the district council can deliver on. Of course we will be working with others on issues such as active travel, improving the district’s infrastructure and calling for improvements to our sewage systems – Southern Water must stop dumping sewage into our river and sea.
