Congratulations to Colin Pacifico, the Labour candidate now elected to Lancing Parish Council in a by-election for Penhill ward. Thank you to all of those who came out to vote in dreadful weather or voted by post.

Colin received 50% of the vote, coming well ahead of an independent candidate supported by the local Conservative MP and Tory district councillors. The Green candidate was third.
