She said: “Having worked as a solicitor here for several years, I am aware of the issues that members of the community face, particularly families.
“Through volunteering at the Citizens Advice Bureau, I have advised local people on family issues but also become more aware of the difficulties caused by the cost of living crisis and the lack of affordable housing.
“I would like to play a part in helping to make changes in these areas of need. I want to ensure that the members of the community can have fair access to schooling, healthcare and other local resources necessary to be able to enjoy living in this beautiful area next to the sea and the Downs.”
